WORKING WITH HOMER

Who will I actually work with?

One lead consultant owns your case end to end, matched to your segment. Complex cases get a second review from the founder. You are never passed around a call centre.

What are your fees?

Market-standard commission rates, agreed in writing before any work starts. For new launch purchases, the developer pays the commission, so buyer advisory costs you nothing. For sales and rentals, we quote clearly and explain exactly what the fee covers.

Do you only take exclusive listings?

No. We recommend the arrangement that fits your situation and explain the trade-offs honestly. Exclusives let us invest more in marketing your unit; open listings offer flexibility. Your call after you have the facts.

Which areas and property types do you cover?

Island-wide, all residential segments: HDB, condo, EC, landed, and rentals. The toolkit works on any project with transaction data, which is essentially all of them.

Are the free reports really free?

Yes. The Home Report, rental price check, and upgrade feasibility check are free with no obligation. They are how we show you our working before you commit to anything.

THE DATA AND TOOLS

Where does your data come from?

Official sources: URA transaction and rental data, HDB resale data, and data.gov.sg datasets. Our tools organise and analyse it; they do not invent it.

Can I use the tools myself?

Yes, the core tools are free to try on this site, and every client keeps the reports we produce. The full suite also powers a separate platform for fellow agents; see For Fellow Agents.

Is a data-backed price guaranteed?

No honest agent guarantees a price. Data narrows the uncertainty and strengthens negotiation. Markets still move, and buyers are still human.

COMPLIANCE AND TRUST

Are you CEA licensed?

Every HOMER consultant is a CEA-registered salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, Estate Agent Licence No. L3008022J. Team lead: Yao Ming, CEA Reg No. R055702E. Verify anyone on the CEA Public Register.

How is my personal data handled?

Per the PDPA and our Privacy Policy: used only to serve your enquiry, never sold, and deleted on request.

Do you co-broke?

Yes, in line with CEA guidelines. Getting your deal done properly matters more than protecting a fee.
